Puff pastry (Jus Rol Ready Rolled 320G)
Tofurky Chick N Apple sausages (4) (Or any vegan sausage)
Bute Island dairy free Grated cheddar sheese (Mild) (or any cheese)
Extra virgin olive oil
20-30g Flour to help roll

This is SO easy you'll kick yourself for not thinking of it before.

1. Roll out the pastry and cut in half length ways including the paper (The longest way).

2. You now want to cut each sheet every 3 inches (roughly) and cover with Sheese. (So you should have a number of rectangular shaped bits of pastry about 3 inches by 5)

3. Place each sausage on the lip of the pastry and roll over to make your sausage roll making sure the pastry overlaps to form a seal on the bottom.

4. Now cut each roll into 3 to form mini rolls. Drizzle with oil & place in the oven for 12-15 mins on 200 or until pastry starts to brown.
