Ingredients

300g Uncooked macaroni pasta
50g Vegan butter
50g Cheese Sauce Mix
200ml Milk (Soya, rice or oat)
200g Vegan cheese
Pinch of sea salt (Optional)
Flour to thicken sauce (Optional)
Or cheat with Terra Vegan Mac & Cheez Pasta with Sauce
*Adjust amount of ingredients to suit the number of portions

Method

1. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and then drain.

2. In a saucepan melt the butter & cheese on a medium heat and slowly stir in the milk & cheese sauce mix until you have a smooth sauce.

3. Add the cooked pasta to your sauce and place on a low to medium heat for 4-5 minutes and gently stir occasionally.

4. Before serving add a pinch of salt for extra taste.

5. (Optional) You can also put this in the oven for 10 minutes at 200° to add a crispy texture.
