2 Large baking potatoes
100ml Franks REDHOT sauce
1 Tablespoon vegan butter
100ml Dairy-free milk
30g Tomato puree
*Adjust amount of ingredients to suit the number of portions

1. Chop potatoes into wedge shapes, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with oil and place in a pre heated oven at 200° for 45 minutes or until brown and crisp.

2. When wedges are cooked pour Franks REDHOT! sauce, tomato puree, milk, butter, tablespoon of oil & pinch of salt into a frying pan on medium heat. Stir until sauce is smooth & well heated.

3. Place wedges in a bowl and cover in the sauce.
