1. Cover the base with tomato puree. (Use the back of a large spoon)

2. Grate your favourite vegan cheese on top (We piled on as much cheese as we could!).

3. Place on a baking tray and put in the oven

4. Cook at 200° for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to brown.
