New Documentary: WHAT THE HEALTH!

You may have heard the cause of potentially fatal health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart attacks are all caused by too much sugar in your diet. That's what your doctor has told you for years and that's what world health organisations have had you believe all this time. Some will tell you to eat white meats, cut out sugar or follow a low carb diet to counteract these problems but is it true?.
We recently watched the amazingly informative documentary called, 'What the health' and it has come to light that it's not sugar that will lead to these issues, so what is it?
Dr. Neal Barnard, MD (president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) is asked in the film how sugar contributes to diabetes and his response:
"This drives me crazy, diabetes is not and never was caused by a high carb diet and it's not caused by eating sugar. The cause of diabetes is a diet that builds up the amount of fat in the blood, I'm talking about a typical meat based, animal based diet"
