Hannah had been overweight all of her life and tried almost every diet she could find to lose weight, become happier with herself and improve her everyday living but after she a while she had enough and decided to take matters into her own hands.

"After trying every diet on planet earth. I decided that I didn't want to live my life within the confines of a program or by a set of "rules" that someone else just made up off the top of their head."

"No longer did I eat at “meal times” or force myself to eat a set amount of calories day in and day out. I actually deleted the food diary app on my phone and put away my scale. And guess what? I started to live my life."

She decided to do her own research and adopt a completely plant based diet to try and reach her goal and she did just that. Not only did she achieve her dream but she also founded www.rawtillwhenever.com with her husband to help educate people that want to improve their life with a plant based diet.



She has now lost over 70lbs by eating a plant-based diet and has a huge following on youtube inspiring 1000s of people to do the same.
